1- How do I register on BHRTRAVEL?
You need to fill in the form on "ADD AGENT". Your request will be examined and, to be accepted, the BHR network will register your agency on WWW.BHRTRAVEL.COM.
After registering, BHR will send you a user name and password to access the booking system.

2- What is the registration free?
The registration to the network is free. No monthly rate is due.

3- How do I book a room?
Registered agencies can either book over the phone through BHR's call centre, or directly online on WWW.BHRTRAVEL.COM.

4- How do we receive booking confirmation?
For every confirmed booking BHR will send an e-mail to both the hotel and the client. However it is advisable to print the confirmation and give it to the client as booking voucher, even if it isn't necessary to show it to the hotel.

5- Are bookings guaranteed?
When booking the agency needs to put in the details of a valid credit card.

6- How does the commission payment work?
Each month BHR will make the commission payments for all successfull bookings made in the previous month.

7- Where and when does the client pay?
The client will pay directly in the hotel at the check-out.

8- How can we check on the commission payment?
You can find a page on the system where to check the booking stages and the commission payments.

9- Is the room price per person or per night?
The price is per room/per night. The charge depends on the number of occupants registered on the request form.

10- Can I have the hotel phone and fax numbers?
Together with the e-mail confirming the booking, you will receive all the details reguarding the hotel.

11- Is it necessary to have a credit card to make a booking?
Yes, it is. The system confirms the booking after having examined and accepted the credit card details on the booking form.
The credit card details are needed to guarantee the booking.

12- When do the credit card details need to be added?
After the system has had a positive answer on availibility and prices, the client has to fill in his personal details and credit card details so as to complete the booking procedure.

13- Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, it is. So as to guarantee privacy, Boutique Hotel Reservations uses the Agent-Key Secure System. Agent-Key Secure System transforms your credit card details in an unreadable format to others.

14- What is tour cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy depends on each Hotel or Hotel group. The no-show and cancellation terms and conditions can be found in the Hotel description page. Conditions may vary, so it is important to carefully read each Hotel's policy.

15- Do children have to pay?
Usually children under 5 don't have to pay. The minimum age for free stay, though, can vary according to each hotel's policy. This information can be found in the "Info" section of the hotel description.

16- Can I require extra beds and/or cots?
Many hotels can offer extra beds or cots (usually prices can vary between 15.00 and 100.00 Euros).
